NEW Integrated Voice Recording
CyReport BI gives you the control to run reports and then listen to the associated calls voice recordings. Now you can search for a voice recording on any of the parameters in CyReport BI and then simply click on the recording icon to listen to the recorded conversation straight from CyReport.

CyReport BI now allows you to import common contacts from your CRM or customer database and have them matched up and included in your call reports. No more trying to figure out who a number belongs to - as it will be listed right there in the report ! Furthermore our search filters allow you to search by contacts name for more intelligent and simple report analysis


NEW CyReport Gateway
CyReport BI is released with a gateway that provides any 3rd party developer the means to integrate with CyReport, extract information they require and create their own customized reports or data portals. The Gateway is included at no extra cost. Just ask our sales or support teams for the Gateway documentation if you wish to work with it.
