September 2010 - CyTrack exhibiting at the Microsoft Australia Partner Conference  Gold Coast - Stand TBA

CyTrack is exhibiting at the Microsoft Annual Partner Conference this year once again held in our hometown the Gold Coast ! This year's APC can give you everything you need to help increase your sales, profit from the cloud and build your network. It'll also include Microsoft's roadmap to help you plan for FY11, and the latest products and innovations fresh from the US.

July 2010 - CyTrack opens in UK

CyTrack opened its Europe operations based from UK on 1st July 2010.  Scott Elder previously the Sales Manager of Capstan Communications the distributor of LG-Nortel in UK, has joined CyTrack as the General Manager of UK/Europe and brings a wealth of experience in the telephony industry.  Nick Milan, Managing Director of CyTrack says “ Our business in UK has been ramping up since we first started there with our distributor Capstan and we are also now growing opportunities in European centres such as Denmark, Ireland and Cyprus, Switzerland, France and Germany.  Our UK office and presence for Europe will assist our growth in these markets”.  

May 2010 - CyTrack CyReport & CyDesk Gain Windows 7 Certificate

CyTrack CyReport™ & CyDesk™ have received Windows 7 Certification.  CyTrack is very excited to support the latest platform from Microsoft which has been widely accepted by the market. Getting our produts certified shows our level of competency and continuous support on Microsoft and its range of products.

Apr 2010 - CyTrack exhibiting at the Convergence - Atlanta GA

CyTrack is exhibiting at the Convergence 2010 April 24-27 in Atlanta, GA !  So we will be showing our new CyReport Business Intelligence Solution featuring its new architecture in SQL Reporting Services and using Web Client and also new features including subscription and scheduling of reports, integrated voice recording search and replay, the CyReport Business Intelligence Dashboard and Alert Management tool and finally the CyQ Unified Queue for Call Centres !

 

 

Apr 2010 - CyTrack expands presence in NZ

CyTrack is building on success in the NZ market by increasing their presence in New Zealand based from Auckland, with the appointment of Dan Vedder as NZ Business Manager.   Nick Milan, Managing Director of CyTrack said “We have been really excited about the success and partnerships we have built up in New Zealand and the level of business opportunities we are working on.  Dan’s appointment takes us to the next level to engage with our clients and partners better and increase awareness of our solutions and services”.



Sep 2009 - CyTrack & Microsoft builds relationships for Call Centres !

Following their successful involvement as an exhibitor at the recent Microsoft Worldwide Conference 09 held in New Orleans, CyTrack Technologies is announcing today a business partnership with Microsoft to build closer relationships with CyTrack Telephony partners and Microsoft Dynamics Partners in the APAC region.

Adrian Johnston, General Manager for Microsoft Dynamics Asia Pacific based out of Singapore, comments “ CyTrack has a long history in Call Centre solutions developed on the Microsoft platform that enable our Dynamics partners to engage in partnership business solutions with Telephony channel specialists. CyTrack Partner Training Programs


We provide a range of training programs suited to our Partners and skills-transfer our own Project Management and Installation Programs - complete optionally with all our own quality documentation.

CyTrack Partner Technical Training Programs
 

All our products are supported and we have developed each course with two Phases:

  • Phase 1 - Usually 1-2 hours max per product suite and designed for installation technicians who will be trained to a level to attend site and install CyTrack Products, test that the PABX integration and/or initial installation is complete and leave the installation ready for configuration and training by a Phase 2 Approved Specialist.
  • Phase 2 - Usually 4 hours + per product suite and will train partner installation specialists in all features of CyTrack Product Ranges for full configuration and administrational skills including train the trainer levels for product hand over to the client.
  • Phase 3 - 1-2 Hours focussing on Troubleshooting and First Level Support details.

1. Please provide us as much details on your organisation as you can from our Partner Application Process Web Link so that we have all your details for future communications and planning - and that we update you as we progress. We can then also provide you access to the Partner Web Ste containing our Education Centre.

2. Once you receive your Partner Web Access - go to the Educations Centre at the following Link - Education Centre.

3. Access the Sales Partner Completion Page from the link at the bottom of the Education Centre and work through the brief questionnaire.

 4. We will ship you the CyTrack Sales Kit within 7 working days.
