CyTrack has a long relationship with Microsoft and is a Gold certified partner for software development competencies.

In 2007 we were invited to visit Microsoft HQ in Seattle to meet the Dynamics CRM development management and to present our CRM telephony integration. As a result of that visit we were uniquely invited to the ‘Metro’ program to integrate our solutions to Dynamics CRM from the beginning pre-release when it was code named ‘Titan’.
