The following reference information is to serve as a product overview of the CyDesk integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, please contact sales or support if you have any further queries.   For your convenience we have included the guides in Flash and Windows Media versions in 1024x768 and 800x600 - or you can simply download the file in .WMV format to your computer.
